Photo Requirements

Hello,

My wife went to get her photos today for our spousal permanent resident application, and she wore a "scrunchy" that has some fake hair in it - it kind of makes it look like you have a bigger bun than you otherwise would. Is this an issue? I know that the instructions advise against a hat or head covering, but I wasn't sure where this item fit in.

Is this an issue or concern? It's barely visible in the picture, and doesn't obscure her face or hairline.

Don’t think so that would be an issue unless it is doing any damage on the face and eyes visibility.
But, first thing, if you have a doubt about something whether it is rightly done or not and you still have your application with you, why taking a chance at all and do it perfectly?
Second thing, under Your Photo must be section, it says “Reflect your current appearance” and it is about how you look naturally.
