HI,

PHOTO REQUIREMENT DOES NOT SAY WHETHER THE PHOTO SHOULD BE WITH OR WITHOUT SPECTACLES.
I WEAR SPECTACLES AND PHOTO IN MY PASSPOERT IS WITH SPECTACLES. PL. HELP

Hi I got this line from CIC guide.

GLASSES
Eyes must be clearly visible
through prescription glasses

On this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/photospecs-cit.asp it says:

You may wear non-tinted prescription glasses as long as your eyes are clearly visible. Make sure that the frame does not cover any part of your eyes. Sunglasses are not acceptable.
