Photo missing on one of the CoPRs

Hey guys,
Finally got my passport and CoPRs. However, of the two CoPRs I received, there is only a photo on one of them (The CIC copy). Is this normal?

Yes. The other one is your copy and doesn't have a photo. I think this is even explained in the accompanying letter, if I remember correctly.

It didn't say anything of the sort, no. I found my second photograph loose in the envelope, and I was wondering whether it had come off.

Just to confirm: in my letter that accompanies the COPR, it says: "Note that only the CIC Copy of the COPR will have a photograph".
(end of first paragraph).

Just went through my letter. Mine does not mention anything about photographs anywhere at all! the only time photographs are brought up is when it discusses PR card applications. It seems that the letter might vary from VO to VO.
Anyway, it seems that this is normal, so I am not worried any more haha.
