Photo ID's for minor application

Hi ,

What photo ID's can be used for minor citizenship application... they gave 2 examples school records and health card , there is no phone on any of them ?!!

Can somebody who already applied advise please .

For me I submitted copy of the health card and copy of PR and copy of the Passport..It had been accepted and not I can see the application in the system
