No need of any photo of anyone including you and your family right now for CIO. You will need photos according to the format when you will apply to your local visa office in later stage
 
My friend bio-data means all your details on your passport-Names,date of birth etc. and not family picture.

Read CIO cheklist, it specifies clearly what documents you should send to CIO, not more , not less just those on cheklist.
