yeah there is but u can only contact them if you are in canada.... outside u need buy Skype or if google call available 1-888-242-2100)

My husband is the primary applicant. Do they give out info to me or does he need to call?

I have skype credit. Tried calling them just now - the phone rings, but disconnects straight after with the message "your call cannot be completed".

Please can someone tell me how to contact them from outside Canada?
