PhD in Management/Economics in Canada

Hi, I am from India. I am seeking admission to PhD progarms in Canada with full scholarship and stipend. My target year of admission is 2020. Can you suggest if I am eligible for scholarships and stipend with the following profile:

Class 10- 86%
Class 12- 84.5%
B.Tech in Electronics and Communication- 6.78 CGPA out of 10
PG Diploma in Financial Accounting with "excellent" grade
MBA in Finance with 71.2%
Will be completing my Masters in Economics in 2020
Having 5 years of work experience in the IT industry as a business analyst
GRE Score- 305/340

Depends on the school and what kind of marks you receive during your masters. There is usually some funding attached to most PhDs because you are expected to teach or be a TA. You'll need to aim for the 80s if possible to get into a PhD program or at least high 70s.
