I'm currently pursuing my PhD from an Indian institute and receiving my fellowship (tax exempted) from the govt of India. It is a full time PhD and I do not do any teaching assistantship
My PhD is in the area of biology. So can anyone guide me which NOC would be applicable?? 2121 or 4012?
Due to university delays, I wouldn't get my degree till a year. I have publications etc
