I wanted to inquire that for Educational Credential Assessment of Phd degree, confirmation of conferral od degree is required from the concerned university. For that, a confirmation form is generated in which there is a column namely major/field of study/discipline. Regarding this,I had a doubt that whether one has to mention topic of phd thesis or the subject(Human Resource Management-in my case) on the basis of which topic was chosen in the major column.
