I show my own medical store which is true.

We applied under NOC 3131 Pharmacist, my wife works as an industrial pharmacist.

We provided reference letters and contracts from her current employer (almost 3 years experience) and her previous employer which was a contract for exactly 1 year at University following her PhD and was a research based role.

Our only worry is that the visa officer processing our application may not have necessarily any knowledge of the pharmacutical industry and so it's a matter of matching up the references letters/contracts with their NOC description. Also kinda annoying that they summarise the entire industrial pharmacutical industry in 8 lines (which in the real world could conceivably have 8 different people doing those jobs) and expect 1 person to cover the majority of those descriptions.

Anyway will see what happens. As I understand it CIO haven't begun looking at any post-June 26th applications yet so none of the new application will have even made it to Visa Office for processing.

Still tracking ours since we sent it on Monday, currently sitting at DHL hub in Cincinatti USA!
