I have applied for a Ph.D. program at U of Saskatchewan in the fall 2020 term. I have submitted an application and paid the fees. After that, I have to upload various documents that required English proficiency test score or English proficiency certificate stating that your high school studies and undergraduate studies were all in English. At U of Saskatechewan i am unable to find any format for the same. Please, can anybody help me with the sample English Proficiency certificate.
