HI!!!!!pls help and guide how and when to pursue Ph.D. in canada.I am masters in electronics engineering from India with 10 yrs teaching experience of under graduate students,Is it beneficial to do it after the P.R.? Is there any special benefits for those who has already got P.R.,in terms of admission and fee??Kindly Help........................................
