Hello, can i use pgwp to enroll in Canadian universities instead of a study permit? Also, how do I apply for school that I have already graduated from. For example, I have a bachelor degree in Human resource management atYork and I want to go back to honor's degree of the same program?

You need a study permit. PGWP is to work.

Note that PGWP is issued one. If you go back to study, you will not get another PGWP.

To enroll at the same DLI, contact the admissions office of that school.
