looking for advice for a friend whose PGWP is expiring in Oct. His field of study and current job does not any match.
Considering that he cannot extend PGWP, would there be a way he can apply for PR or reapply for PGWP?

He cannot extend or reapply for a PGWP.

He needs to spend more time researching immigration programs. Most programs have no requirements for your job to match your education.

So if planning on living in Quebec research Quebec immigration program. CRS is tied to Express Entry and you need to show that you are not going to live and work in Quebec.
