I am working as an independent contractor, I work for 20 hours a week and my boss pays me through e-transfer.. at the end of the year I will have to pay my own taxes.. will my PGWP be refused ?

Why would you be refused for working 20 hours per week? That is is the maximum you can work.

Because I’m working as independent contractor, and my employer is paying me through E-transfer… I’m scared that they might think I worked more than 20 hrs even though I haven’t.. thank u so much for your help, what do you think ?

As an indepndant contractor you should be sumbitting timesheets to your employer that then matches your e-transfer payments.

Yeah in the contract It’s written that I’m allowed to work 20 hours per week maximum. So this should be sufficient I guess right ? And I also have a document saying that I’m working 20 hours a week is this brought ?

If your contract matches the deposited salary then you are fine.
