Hi, does any one know how many years do I have to wait to apply for permanent residency after I get my pgwp. And is it faster to get my pr in vancouver or toronto? Thank you for answering!

It is impossible to answer the Toronto or Vancouver question, too many variables but likely no difference. Generally best to wait until you have a minimum of 12 months work experience in a job classified as NOC 0,A or B before applying for PR but even then still need to qualify.
