PGWP with courses from 2 different colleges

I completed two 1 year courses from two different colleges (1st one with co-op and 2nd one without a co-op).

While trying to complete IMM5710E to apply PGWP under the education section am only seeing fields to enter the information for my very recent completed course in Canada.In that case how can i enter information of my first course which i completed in Canada itself.

If anyone have faced this similar situation before please help me.

Try to go to canada border and get pgwp from there you can also seek some advice from there

There is just one option to write your highest not recent.
