Hello !

They have cited the following :
" Per IRCC a condition is considered to cause an excessive demand if:

· the health or social services needed to treat your health condition would negatively affect wait times for services in Canada, or

· the services needed to treat and manage your health condition would likely cost more than the excessive demand cost threshold of $120,285 over 5 years (or $24,057 per year) for 2022."

I am completely confused as a result and I don't feel very good about not mentioning the medical condition because the grades on my transcript are quite catastrophic during some semesters ,however, I am also concerned about this health requirement .So any advice, tips or guidance would be greatly appreciated .

Thanks a lot in advance .

If you’ve used healthcare in Canada it will already in the system. You were also required to declare any medical condition when applying for a study permit. If you don’t declare and misrepresent your health situation your status will always be at risk if it is discovered you’ve not been honest. Have you looked at the cost of care? This will continue being an issue if/when you apply for PR.

It's not at all clear what you are asking.

Who is the "they"? IRCC?

What are you applying for? At what stage is your application?

Again, not at all clear what you are asking which is why there's a lack of replies.
