Guys I have a problem. This is my last year of study and I want to apply PGWP after I graduate in April next year.
First, here is the full-time/part-time criteria for UofT:
"
Full-Time and Part-Time Status
Full-time status
where 1 course = 0.5 FCE and 2 courses = 1 FCE.
I'm taking 2 courses this fall, and 4 courses for the upcoming winter term, so total I'm taking 6 courses [3 FCE] in Fall/Winter session, which makes me a FT status under UofT standard. However, the immigration service count FT/PT in a semester bases, and if we equally divide the 3 FCE across two term, then each term requires 3 courses [1.5 FCE], then I'm in part-time status for the fall term, which is against PGWP's eligibility. Which standard would immigration service consider? Should I be worried?
Thanks in advance!!!!!!
