PGWP: should i include an explanation letter?

Hello there,

I am soon going to get graduated and preparing to apply for PGWP. however i am quite nervous since I got 3 study permit rejections before getting an approval the fourth time around. Should I include an explanation letter in my PGWP for all that now or what’s done is done and move on from that? should i mention the rejections in explanation letter or just say why i’m eligible for PGWP to help my process?

No issue at all with previous rejections, unless you fail to declare them in future applications. PGWP approval depends on compliance with SP conditions (i.e. studying full time, not working over the specified limit, etc.) and not on prior refusals.
