Pgwp refussal

Hello guys I want to ask a question, please give me some suggestion, I have applied for my pgwp in last year may, and I got my rejection this week, reason for refusal that my school is not approved for pgwp, like we have 100+ student got pgwp from same school ,same course, now I am doing lawyer for reconsideration paying very heavy fees for not even my fault , but least I wana ask, how much time does it take for reconsideration? and what are the chances of getting approved too nervous ..please suggest I did appoint good lawyer

it’s commercial pilot training and school is principal air flight Ltd . Both are approved

Do you meet PGWP requirements? Do you meet general PGWP and flight training requirements?

So you have your commercial license, took no breaks, were full time, DLI listed on your study permit etc. If so, get your lawyer to work with you for reconsideration.

So ask for reconsideration. Assume you have stopped working. Did you change DLIs at all? Does your study permit name the school? There have been more refusals of students attending flight school.

So ask for reconsideration. Assume you have stopped working. Did you change DLIs at all? Does your study permit name the school? There have been more refusals of students attending flight school.

yes I stopped working . And my course completion letter says dli number .. my lawyer will file back on Tuesday everything . Just I don’t know how long it’s gonna take

All the best. It is your study permit that I was referring to and that it lists your school, not completion letter. When you applied for your study permit, your DLI should be listed.

As said before, there is no timeline for reconsideration as there is no formal reconsideration process. You are asking them to reopen and review the file again.

Well I have applied back on march 13 and I haven’t heared anything back from them. They did not even open my file yet I guess bcoz I feel when they open ur file you get a mail..

I have 90 days still to reapply, I haven’t changed anything I don’t know , I have been trying to call Cic to get some info daily, I could be dialling them 20 calls a day but everytime it’s busy, I have been rejected for a reason my all friends have got approved , in so shit situation I don’t know what to do

Don’t you have a lawyer? If so ask your lawyer because since your PGWP was rejected you may have no status right now in Canada.
