Hi,

This may sounds dumb but I just want to be crystal clear.

Suppose the program takes 1 years to complete all courses and another 1 year for the thesis.

This counts as a 2 year program and will grant me a 3 year PGWP, am I correct?

Thanks.

your university decides the duration of the program. if your university says that its two years full time study program then yes its two years. however you may take less or more than this to complete it. in order to apply for PGWP you must take it full time, neither accelerated option nor part time.
having completed 2 years study, you would be given two or three years of PGWP.
