I am Deepak , I came as a student and got my PGWP till April 2021. As per the new pilot program I am eligible for the PGWP extension . I have a few question regarding filing the same.
1. What is the reason i should fill in the 5710e form
Question no : 3 " I am applying for one or more of the following"
a. Apply for work permit with same employer
b. Apply for work permit for first time or with a new employer
c. Restore my status as a worker
d. Get a new temp resident permit ( for inadmissible applicant)
2. I have applied for PR and got my ITR and I have submitted my documents on Feb 4 ,2021. Is it advisable to go for a bridging work permit or PGWP extension as per the new pilot program?
