I got my PGWP on November 2019 and in February 2020 I needed to go back to my country for some imergencies. Then due to covid and death of a family member I got stuck there for almost 2 years. Now I am back to Canada but I only have 10-11 months of PGWP duration left and I am yet to get a job in my releated field. I do not know what I should do so that I can get PR/AINP. Please help me with some suggestions.

Find job in whichever category you can. Once you’re on job you can make your ways out.
Thank you so much for your reply. I have studied Electrical Engineering. Right now I am working full time in Tim Horton. Trying hard to get a job in my releated to my study but no luck yet. Is there a way to apply for the AINP working in Tim Horton?
Thanks In advence.

I’m not much familiar with AINP but as per ainp website most NOCs (0,A,B) are eligible for pnp if you have either a LMIA based job offer or an a empt one. Insincere you’re on PGWP, you should be exempt from LMIA. If your position at Tim Hortons falls under eligibile occupation you can give it a try. I hope if you explore further you’ll get your answers

I assume you graduated from a school in Alberta.

AINP is only going to be an option if you are able to secure a job that is related to your education. The job you are working must be related to your field of study in order to qualify.

So unfortunately the Tim Horton's job isn't going to work for that.

Did you read through the requirements? Believe you need a year of experience as a minimum within the last 18 months. If you studied in Alberta your experience must match your education. What stream? If NOC C, then you aren't going to be eligible for the Express Entry stream.
