Hello everyone, I am an international student doing my bachelor's in Canada. As the title says, I suffer from severe bipolar disorder type 2, meaning that I have depressive/manic episodes which can last for days or weeks. During a depressive episode, I can not get out of bed (and much less go to class). I know it can sound exaggerated, but it is totally random and involuntary. I have been on medication for two years; it is literally the only thing that helps me have a decent life quality. I need to take my medication every day to reduce the frequency of my episode.

Last semester I started studying a bachelor's at mcgill (remotely from my home country). However, due to the coronavirus and the dreadful sanitary situation of my country,
the pharmaceuticals stopped producing several medications. And, by a consequence, I ran out of medicine. Sadly, around February, I had a strong depressive episode that lasted more than 3 weeks. During that time, I did not assist to any class. In order to recover all accumulated delay, I decided to withdraw from a course, becoming a part-time student for that semester. Now I realize it has a mistake because I am no longer eligible to apply for the PGWP.

I talked with an advisor who told me that the university will support me since I am registered at the OSD (Office for Students with Disabilities). Nevertheless, I've read several stories of people who got their PGWP denied only for being part-time one semester, and now I am really scared. Could someone please help me and answer those questions?

- I am still allowed to apply for a job in Canada on my next summer break?

- What would happen if, after finishing my degree, I apply for a master's degree in Canada.

- Are there still any other possibilities of working in Canada, even if my PGWP gets denied?

More context:
- I was studying remotely when I went Part-time.
- It was a late withdrawal on my first semester (however, it is still less than 12 credits)
- I plan to go full-time for the rest of my bachelor's (even if sometimes is difficult for me)
- So far, I have had to travel to the US to buy new medications.
- I still have not received my Study Permit

Thank you very much in advance. Any help or advice will be appreciated.
