Pgwp got refused

Hello sir/ madam,

I have applied for the post graduation work permit and I just got the refusal letter stating that you are not the person who employment will create or maintain significant employment benefits, opportunities to Canadian citizens or permanent resident. Another reason in the letter was that you have not submitted the required documents in regard to your studies. I also have the restoration period so, can you please guide me through the process and all.

I did 9 months full time one year program at Saskatchewan polytechnic clg. I was done on june 2/2017 officially. Then i applied for work permit on 19th August and on 26 October i got message stating i was refused . I have valid study permit untill 2020.

It sounds like your application wasn't complete. What documents did you submit to prove you had completed your program? Also - did you notify CIC when you switched DLIs?

Certificate of program i.e transcript, a digital photo, passport with stamps, emedical, imm5710E and i also notify the cic about changing dli. Now whats the solution please tell me

As you shared : Another reason in the letter was that you have not submitted the required documents in regard to your studies

You need to address it...definitely something is missing (for e.g : certificate of completion from college) in your submission thats why it was rejected. Another guess is : You may have worked for more than 20 hours or (between) after completion of your studies and application for PGWP which is illegal. You have the solution so you need to revisit your steps.

Sorry I am not aware of the re-apply process for PGWP. Other experienced members can help you on this.
Not sure but you may have to apply for restoration of status after refusal.

There's nothing like success rate, it's either Yes or No.

I had valid study permit untill 2020. if the work permit got refused because i was unable to submit my one document - completion letter. What should can be done next thing.

Better call CIC instead of depending on forum members advice alone. You maybe wasting your valuable time. Explain your situation to the CSR at IRCC and they may give you a good advice.
