Here I need some genuine expert replies.Suppose there is an international student having a valid study permit for his second course.But due to some reason withdraws from his second course starting fall and returns back to his country. Can he apply for second course starting winter and get a temporary resident visa. In addition, after completion of his course will he be entitled for PGWP.If yes, for how much duration.
