In the official website of IRCC, it says if you need to extend your PGWP due to renewal of passport (which is my case) YOU MUST APPLY ON PAPER. Can I just apply online instead ?
The reason why I want to apply online is because it takes longer (17 days for paper vs 160 days+ online for work permit extension), and I want to do it at the last week before my current PGWP expires so I can take advantage of the processing time to work.
