Pgwp extension apply online or offline?

Hi all members i have a doubt as i got my pgwp shorter period because of my passport expiry now i have renewed my passport
Q- whether i can appy online or offline pgwp extension ?
Doubt - some people are saying go online but it is clearly mentioned on ircc do by offline .
Can anyone cleared this doubt who applied online and get approved.
