PGWP expire while waiting for SINP nomination

Hey guys,
My friend is living in Saskachetwan and his PGWP is only last for one more year. What is the chance he wont get nominated by then? If he has qualified for the pool, could he still get nominated if he returns to his country?

No one can tell you his chances as it depends on his score and whether he has a job offer. Yes, he can return and still be nominated.
