I finished my degree here last year and enrolled in a new program immediately after. However during my first degree, I was part time in my last year because of an injury and availability of courses. I also accidentally worked over 20 hours and stopped working immediately I found out. I explained the situation and was able to get my study permit extended for my new program which I graduate from next year. I've been full time and plan on being full time for the remainder and being strict about 20 hours. Am I eligible for PGWP on the basis of my second program alone? Or will the sins from my first degree follow me forever and make me ineligible?
