PGWP eligibility

According to my LOA, my study duration will be from May 8,2020 to December 31, 2020. So, basically it's a total of 7 months and 23 days.

As per what I've read, to be eligible for PGWP you must complete at least 8 months of study.

Question is, am I eligible?

Depends what your course completion letter says, if says 8 months then you could qualify for 8 month PGWP, if says a year then a year.

An 8 month from a PR viewpoint if that is your intention would be a waste of time even if you secured a job day one or even whilst waiting for PGWP approval.
