I graduated from a 2-yr program and did received a 1year PGWP afterwards because my study permit was expiring.someone said i overstayed 3mo.i dont think i did.
Im now back in my country for 11months now.
NOW i want to apply again for the Advanced diploma 1year program of the same program at the same college.
2)did i overstay? because i thought i had 3mo to leave once my visa expired. will this be a prooblem
3)do i now qualify for the other 2yrs of PGWP because its the same school and program?
4)to extend a study visa do i have to show that i have enough money or do i need GIC again?

1. Did you leave prior to the expiry date on your PGWP? If you did, you didn't overstay.
2. You won't be eligible for another PGWP, it is one shot deal, and you have already had a PGWP.
3. To extend your study permit, you have to show sufficient funds.

the length of the PGWP does not depend on when your study permit was expiring, so you should have received a 3 year. It is only shorter if your password is expiring.
