hey I am going to apply for my PGWP work permit, but when I started my study on September 5, 2022 one week before in August, I started working on my sin. What are the chances that I will get a refusal from IRC for my pGWP however I did not work more than 20 hours. I mostly work only 8 to 10 hours.

Well you were not supposed to work prior to school starting but 8-10 hours should not be an issue. All you can do is wait for approval. You can be honest and say you did but didn’t realize that you weren’t allowed to work.
