Hello all!
I will be applying for PGWP this month and I will be including my two children aged 5 and 3 who's currently holding a visitors permit. Our permit will expire on March 4, 2021.
My questions are the following:
1.) What are the forms that I need to fill-out for them? My son who is in Kindergarten right now, should I apply him for a Study permit? Is it the IMM5709? If yes, what should I answer in the total tuition cost? Coz he's studying in a public school.
2.) My daughter, 3 years old has Visitors permit. Should I fill-out the IMM5708? (Extending Visitors Visa)
3.) In both forms for my children, what should I write in the EMPLOYMENT area? Since they are children, but it is required to put information there like dates and I couldn't put NA for the dates of employment.
4.) Should I fill out the IMM5713? (USE OF FAMILY REPRESENTATIVE FOR ONLINE APPLICATIONS)
5.) Do we need to do upfront medical? I am working in a healthcare field (RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER). We had medical exams last November 2018.
PS: We already submitted a paper application for PR with my husband and my husband applied for CLOSED WORK PERMIT coz he's nominated by British Columbia. But we don't have implied status yet and we need a valid permit while waiting for PR results. We just submitted last December 24, 2020.
