PGWP application on Visitor Record implied status

Hello,

I am an international student in Canada graduating this summer. My study permit will expire on 31st August 2020 and I don't see any chances of getting grades before that. So I have decided to apply for the Visitor Record to extend my stay in Canada. My question is: Since I'll be on Visitor Implied status starting 1st September, can I apply for PGWP while being on the implied status or do I have to wait until my Visitor Record application is approved?

No, you will not be able to apply for PGWP once you´re a visitor, what you need to do is extend your study permit.
