PGWP Application from Outside Canada-URGENT

I applied for PGWP from outside Canada and the application got approved. However, I received a mail that says my document has been sent to my Canadian address. But I'm outside Canada and I also need an entry visa to get into Canada. But I did not receive any instructions about how will I get my TRV when my application for PGWP got approved. PLease help me ? What should I do now ? Also my Canadian address has changed so my document will probably get lost

I am not completely sure but u have to use ur PGWP to get ur TRV so like the first time they dont issue u both at the same time. so u first apply for PGWP and then for TRV. I dont know what u can do about the address change
