I need help with my pgwp application. In September 2019 i got refusal on my study visa then I reapply in different college and got visa in December 2019. Now there is question that Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory?
What should be the answer ? Yes or No?
