PGWP and wife work permit

Hi,
I have just received my PGWP (valid until 2022). I had a student permit and my wife a open work permit. Her visa is about to expire before I get my third paystub with a job under the noc B (job that I just got recently). How do I proceed in this time between her expired work permit and the time that I will apply for her new work permit?

1. She applies for an extension as a visitor before her SOWP expires. Once you have your 3 pay checks, and job description, she then applies for a new SOWP. Note she must stop working when her SOWP expires.
