My wife has received her PGWP 3years validation, and I had applied for TRV when she applied for PGWP together based on the advice of the immigration officer, I have several questions in such situation: [ we had applied on July 15 for both; PGWP and TRV as a spousal visa] We have been married for about ten years and we have not seen each other about two years, because of Covid19 outbreak and visa processes, My wife has 1.5 years of work experience because of the pandemic as frontline healthcare worker ( NOC category B)
- How long does it takes that giving a feedback about the status of my TRV?
- How can I follow my TRV status? Is there any way to follow-up?
- If I come to Canada on tourist visa then can I apply online for OWP? Does that take less time than paper applications through IRCC offices inside Canada?
- How long does it take from the moment we apply for spousal open work permit until the answer comes inside Canada?
- Is there any way to apply spousal open work permit in paper through IRCC offices inside Canada? does it take effect on the process duration?
