Hey guys, just wondering if you guys can help clear some of my confusion here.

I have a PGWP and I have one year skilled work experience from 2 different jobs, and I've only had my current job for 4 months. I know the PGWP is LMIA-exempt, but do I still need to apply for the LMIA because I haven't worked with my current employer for a year? I didn't get points for arranged employment.

I just submitted my express entry profile and it says that I met the Canadian Experience Class minimum criteria, but I'm not sure if I'm eligible to apply for PR if I get an ITA? (I'm not sure if I answered one of the questions wrong and fooled them into giving me more points. Haha)

Please help!

Thanks!

You do not need a valid job offer to be eligible under the CEC program.
