I have completed my studies in December and I was away due to a funeral. I have received a confirmation letter indicating I have completed my studies however I will be able to get my degree in June. I need to get a proof of medical exam and I have booked an appointment for April 1st ( required for clinical lab researcher). On CIC website it indicates that I have 90 days to apply for PGWP after receiving confirmation letter from my school. My question is does CIC count this 90 days from December when I completed my studies or from the date I have got a written confirmation from my school? I am a little worried because if CIC will count from December I have only 5 days to apply for PGWP however without proof of medical exam I cannot submit my application.
I would like to mention that at my school even if you complete your courses during December you cannot get your degree until May when final academic decisions are made.
