Hi!
I will be applying for Post Graduation Work Permit next week as my study completion letter becomes available.
I meet every eligibility for PGWP except 20 hours limit. While going through the payslips for 2021 today, I found out that I worked 24 hours in one week during May 2021. The pay cycle was bi-weekly and I got paid for 37 hours (24 hours for the first week and 13 hours for the other). I can't recall any extra work during May 2021 but I think it might be some mandatory training I went through.
What should I do now? Will my application be rejected?

You can add an explanation letter in that case.

Can you please provide your thoughts on the structure of the letter? I can't find a good template regarding study permit violations.
There is no specific structure. Just be formal and to the point.
