Hello,

My parents got PR granted in 2022 with visa expiring Nov 2022. Due to Covid related health constraints they were not able to travel at that time. Now my brother is also going to travel to Canada and my parents have no one to take care of.
Is it possible to reinstate that granted PR.

No. If they need care your family should have a plan to hire care or for your brother not to leave his home country. They may never get another opportunity to move to Canada.

Not possible, unfortunately.
