PGP - COPR received but Primary Applicant (father)cant travel due to health conditions. Is there any way dependent (mother) can land without my father

Hi all,
I have applied PR for my parents under PGP program. My father is a cancer patient. We had declared it as part of application. His cancer was cured before applying. However it reappeared after getting COPR and landing Visa. Landing visa is set to expire in Dec this year. I’m thinking to alteast let my mom travel complete landing formalities. Is there any way dependent applicant can do landing first and then I reapply for landing Visa for my father after he go through treatment?

You must inform IRCC about the change of health condition. No the dependent can’t land before or without the primary applicant. There are also no ways to extend COPRs.
