Is there any plan of CIC to clear the backlog of PGP Category?
For Asia waiting period shows 76 months so if pare ts apply at the age of 58 i.e after retirement they will reach canada at the age of 65.
Is there any special provision in this category for the parents whos both children are there and parents have no other care taker.?

Hope for some solutions for such parents living alone at native country.

Yes, there is a plan, hence the complete overhaul of the program and the cap on applications.
