PGP 2024 IMM5669 Question about government position

Hi all, can someone please help me with the below query-

My mother worked in a government hospital as a staff nurse in india and also as a senior staff nurse in a government hospital in Saudi Arabia. Does this need to be declared in IMM 5669 section F: Government positions?
