Does anybody know for how long I may be issued PGOWP after completing 2 consequent 1-year educational programs (in both of them credential is a certificate)?
Internal regulations of CIC say that if one obtained a 1-year degree or diploma (I have seen only certificate 1-year programs) and before it (within 2 years) obtained another degree or diploma then they may be eligible for 3-year PGOWP. But how does it work for certificate programs?
Does anybody know how can one ask exactly CIC about it? e-mail or telephone number.
