I am seeking admission into humber to study web design and development but the certificate on issue is certificate of achievement. Is it similar to Ontario graduate certificate? can I go for masters with the certificate after completion?
How many years work permit comes after a course spanning three semesters?

No it is not a Ontario Graduate Certificate program. 'Web Development' offered by humber is a Ontario Graduate Certificate program.
