PG DIPLOMA VS MASTERS

I have completed btech mechanical and also have 2 years of experience.
I would like to go to canada for studies.
But i am confused whether to take pg diploma or ms.
Queries:
1) will it be difficult to get a job if i take ms?
2) is there any effect of these at the time of PR?
Please help me to take a decision.

Easier to get a job and way more convenient to get PR based on Ontario nominee program in today's time.
If you apply for Master it is more likely to get your visa

Better to go for masters, if you can get admission in universities.
Since, better universities have application deadline of about 6/7 months and even more, before start date of course, it is hard to get admission in masters.
I think that's why most of people go for post grad diploma.
